Bogie von Cheviot is an incredibly handsome 12 week old German Shepherd puppy. His foster parents melt when he sits up straight and cocks his head trying to understand what they are telling him. Bogie is very smart and learns quickly. He knows sit, and is working on his other commands. He learned how to walk on a leash this week-end. Bogie loves to play with other dogs, we would love him to have another big dog in his family. Bogie needs someone who will continue to train him and take long walks with him every day. He was not interested in a huge cat he met, so we think he should be fine with cats. Bogie is teething and his favorite thing is to grab pant legs and ankles, we are redirecting him but probably little kids would not be happy with him at this stage in his puppy life. Bogie takes such joy in everything he does. His foster family knows his new family will be coming for him soon but have enjoyed every minute with him. His adoption fee is $400 he is neutered, micro-chipped and has had two set of shots. He needs one more. Bogie is going to grow up into a magnificent example of the breed.
